Faisal Mansour Sarkhou


Mr. Sarkhou is the Chief Executive Officer of KAMCO Investment Company since 2014. Prior to that he headed the Financial Services and Investment Division at KAMCO since 2010, and the Corporate Finance Department from 2006 - 2010. Mr. Sarkhou has extensive experience of over 19 years in investment banking, asset management, financial products as well as financial services. Mr. Sarkhou commenced his career in the late ‘90s with KPMG Corporate Finance in Kuwait. He serves as a board member on several reputable companies and funds. He also sits on a number of company and investment management committees as well as being a board member and treasurer at the Union of Investment Companies in Kuwait and a member of the advisory board of the College of Business & Economics at the American University of Kuwait. Mr. Sarkhou is also a board member on the Industrial Advisory Board at the Australian College of Kuwait. He is an Economics graduate with honors from the University of Birmingham, UK and holds an EMBA with distinction from HEC Paris, France.

Khaled Fouad

Vice Chairman

Mr. Fouad is the Chief Investment Officer of KAMCO Investment Company. He oversees the Firm’s investment banking services and management of various funds across asset classes. He is a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee and Executive Management Committee. Mr. Fouad joined KAMCO in 2015 after 11 years in the UAE working for prominent investment banks and private equity houses. Prior to joining KAMCO, he managed the largest SME fund for Shell in Iraq as well as serving as a board member in several companies across the Middle East and North Africa. He holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Cairo University and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management in the UK. He speaks Arabic, English and German fluently.

Mohammed Abdullah Al-Hubail


Mr. Al-Hubail is the Chief Operating Officer of KAMCO Investment Company. He joined KAMCO as Senior Vice President – Administration Department in 2009 and was promoted to Chief Resources Officer in 2013. Mr. Al-Hubail has 23 years of extensive practical experience in the fields of Human Resources, Administration, and Accounting. He worked with Enhanced Engineering & Multi-Technologies Co., Kuwait Investment Project Co., and with the Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Company. Mr. Al-Hubail is also a member of several boards of companies in Kuwait.

Mazen Isam Hawwa


Mr. Hawwa is Group Senior Vice President at Kuwait Projects Company (KIPCO), leading the Group’s finance and operations and is entrusted with strategic planning, operational optimization, governance and risk management. He also serves as advisor to several KIPCO operating subsidiaries. He is Vice Chairman of Takaud Savings & Pensions and United Networks. He is also a Board Member of United Real Estate Group, United Gulf Holding Company, North Africa Holding Company, SSH International Group and Fajr Al Gulf Insurance Company. Prior to joining KIPCO, he worked for Andresen & Co. Mr. Hawwa holds an MBA from HEC Paris, France and he is a graduate of the Lebanese American University. He is a holder of several professional qualifications from prominent US-based institutions such as CPA, CGMA and CMA. He was provided with several distinguishing awards for his remarkable achievements and contributions to the Group.

Hamad T. Alhomaizi

Independent Director

Mr. Alhomaizi was appointed to Global’s Board in 2010 where he served as the Vice Chairman. Mr. Hamad is a Board member of Al Salaam Bank Bahrain and Ishraq Holding among others. His business experience includes direct investments, hedge funds, real estate and startups. He has worked in various capacities and founded a number of successful ventures. Mr. Alhomaizi belongs to a renowned business family in Kuwait with diversified interests and is an entrepreneur who has launched several successful new businesses. Mr. Alhomaizi graduated from The George Washington University, USA in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Business Administration.
