Training & Career Development

We provide training to employees based on their experience, length of service, dedication and loyalty to the company. Our Training Unit identifies training needs through discussions with Unit Heads, and by considering employees’ suggestions stated on the individual annual performance appraisals.

 

Training for Global staff is divided into four categories:

  1. Invitation on scheduled local & international courses
  2. Self-study resources
  3. In-house training by using Global expert staff and/or international experts & consultants.
  4. Training courses outside Kuwait

The Career Development Unit gives employees the opportunity to learn and extend their current range of skills within the company.

 

The key objective of career development plan is to provide Global staff with the opportunity to grow and develop within the organization.
