Islamic Real Estate Funds Ijarah Real Estate Fund Investment Objective The Fund intends to provide unitholders with current income of 8-10% per annum on the Fund’s invested capital contributions, net of all incentives, expenses, fees paid to Global and relevant taxes. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by providing development and/or acquisition financing for a diversified portfolio of real estate properties in the Middle East including Turkey and North Africa ("MENA") region, through investment structures designed both to generate stable quarterly cash flows in accordance with Shari’a Principles and to mitigate capital risk. Suitability This Fund is an Exempt Fund that requires the Investor Profile to be in accordance with the standards set by the Central Bank of Bahrain of an "Accredited Investor" which means; Individuals, Families (joint net worth), Corporations (companies, partnerships, trusts or other commercial establishments) and Governmental Organisations whose main function is financial investments, with a minimum net worth of US$1,000,000 (US dollars one million). |
