The Kuwaiti Criminal Court has issued a verdict today acquitting Global Investment House and its designated accused management and employees from all criminal charges in connection with the case filed previously by Dubai Capital regarding their investments in Al-Thuraya Project Management Company WLL (Mazaya Saudi).
 
The judge confirmed in the verdict that the documents presented by Dubai Capital have no clear evidence of any fraud or misconduct carried by the accused parties to support the accusation.
